Matt Hargis is the Associate Director for Recruitment, and he supervises the recruitment staff. Matt is originally from Texarkana, Texas, and he graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2002. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a marketing major.

Tony Myers

Associate Director for Transfer Central

Tony Myers is the Associate Director for Transfer Central and is originally from Wichita, Kansas. After serving in the Air Force, Tony earned an Associate Degree from Barton CC and a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from Southwestern College in Winfield, KS. Tony earned additional degrees in Computer Information Systems and a MBA from Friends University in Wichita, KS. With over 20 years of experience in enrollment management, Tony is pursuing a doctorate in Higher Education at the University of Arkansas. As a veteran transfer student, Tony looks forward to working with students transferring or returning to the university.

Originally from Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, Rani moved to Fayetteville to attend the University of Arkansas, graduating in 2010 with a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and International Relations. She then earned her Master's degree in Higher Education, also from the University of Arkansas.

Rashard Sullivan is the Admissions Counselor for Southwest Arkansas and Eastern Louisiana. Rashard is originally from Miami, Florida, but he came to Arkansas to play basketball for the Arkansas Razorbacks from 2002-2005. Rashard holds a Bachelor of Science in Education, and he is currently pursuing a Masters of Education in Recreation and Sport Management.

Todd Taylor

Todd Taylor is the Admissions Counselor for Southeast Arkansas and Western Louisiana.  He is also a member of the Office of Diversity Affairs staff, working with Vice for Provost for Diversity Affairs Charles Robinson to increase diversity in the undergraduate student body and to improve access for students across the state. He graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Social Science. He also graduated from Florida State University with a Master of Science in Higher Education and Pennsylvania State University with a Master of Education in Counselor Education.

She currently resides in Dallas as a regional recruiter for the University of Arkansas.

Holly is currently pursuing a Masters of Education in Adult and Lifelong Learning. Starting in June, Holly will be a regional recruiter working out of the Oklahoma City area.
