Important Dates and Deadlines

September

• Register for the October ACT

October

• Take the ACT and/or register for the December ACT

September - November 15

• Submit application for admission, scholarship information and the non-refundable $40 application processing fee.
• Request official transcripts to be sent to the University of Arkansas Office of Admissions and submit ACT scores.
• If we get your application by November 15, you will have priority for housing, orientation and scholarships. Applications received after these deadlines will be considered on a space-available basis.

October - December

• Students applying early will receive priority housing and orientation.

January 1

• Late application deadline for spring admissions for all students. Last opportunity for students wishing to enroll for the spring semester. All required information must be submitted by this date. Students will be admitted based on the availability of space.

February 1

• Fellowship Deadline: Students applying for prestigious fellowships must apply for admission and submit the fellowship application by this date to be considered for them.
• University Freshman Scholarship Deadline: Completed freshman admission applications, scholarship information sheet, all required transcripts, test scores, and application fee must be received by this date to be considered for academic scholarships.

March 1

• Priority financial aid deadline for all students. Students with FAFSA forms submitted by this date will receive priority consideration for financial aid.

March 15

• Transfer scholarship deadline for transfer students only. Completed transfer applications, scholarship information, and all required transcripts must be received by this date to be considered for academic scholarships.

August 15

• Late application deadline for fall admission for all students. Last opportunity for students wishing to enroll for the fall semester. All required information must be submitted by this date. Students will be admitted based on the availability of space.
