Scholarship Drawing & Eligibility Requirements

Any Arkansas resident high school senior who applies for Fall 2019 admission to the University of Arkansas by 11:59pm on October 18, 2018, will be entered into a drawing to receive one of ten one-time scholarship awards valued at $3,000 each. Scholarships will be awarded in each of the five main regions of the state (Central, Northwest, Northeast, Southwest, Southeast).

Students must meet minimum admission requirements at the time of application to be eligible and must also submit any required transcripts, test scores, and application fees by 11:59pm on October 18, 2018. Students who have already applied for admission or been admitted for the Fall 2019 term at the University of Arkansas are also eligible to participate in the scholarship award drawing and should submit all required materials by 11:59pm on October 18, 2018. For information about how to submit these materials, see How to Apply for new freshmen.

Receipt of a scholarship award does not constitute any commitment on the recipient’s part to enroll or attend the University of Arkansas; however, scholarship awards are only valid for students admitted, enrolled, and attending the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. Questions regarding these requirements should be directed to uofa@uark.edu.
