Volunteer

University Student Ambassadors are undergraduate student leaders who volunteer to meet and greet prospective students, provide campus tours, help at recruitment events, and assist in the Office of Admissions. The goal of the Ambassadors is to provide prospective students first-hand information about the University of Arkansas. In sharing experiences, ambassadors hope to ease the transition of new students into life at the University of Arkansas and share with them the many wonderful opportunities that await them.

How to Apply

The 2017 application period is open! Download and complete the 2017 Student Ambassador Application form, and return it to Kristen Davidson either by email to kparnell@uark.edu or in person at the Office of Admissions, 101 Silas Hunt Hall by 5 p.m. on March 17, 2017.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2.5 GPA
  • 2 tours per week
  • 1 Saturday tour per semester
  • 1 meeting per semester
