Rafael Arciga Garcia
Assistant Dean for Admissions and Orientation
Rafael Arciga Garcia is the Assistant Dean for Admission and Orientation. He is a former undocumented student originally from Michoacán, Mexico. Rafael graduated from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Latino and Latin American Studies with a minor in Spanish. In 2018 he earned a master degree in Higher Education.
Noelle Chesser
Assistant Director for New Student Orientation and Recruitment
Noelle Chesser is the Assistant Director for New Student Orientation & Recruitment. She is currently pursuing a master's degree in Higher Education at the University of Arkansas. She is originally from Katy, Texas and received her bachelor's degree in Journalism with an emphasis in Advertising and Public Relations from the University of Arkansas.
