Suzanne McCray serves as Vice Provost for Enrollment Management and the Dean of Admissions and Nationally Competitive Awards, where she provides leadership to the Office of the Registrar, Admissions, Financial Aid and Academic Scholarships, and the Office of Nationally Competitive Awards. She is an associate professor in the College of Education and Health Professions and serves on a variety of committees, including the Advisory Board for the Pryor Center for Arkansas Oral and Visual History.

Wendy Stouffer

Associate Vice Provost for Enrollment Services, Assistant Dean of Admissions and Financial Aid

Wendy Stouffer is the Associate Vice Provost for Enrollment Services, and the Assistant Dean of Admissions and Financial Aid. She provides oversight of the Financial Aid Office and Academic Scholarships, and operational oversight of the Credential Evaluation Unit. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Criminal Justice in 1995 and a Juris Doctorate in 1998, both from the University of Arkansas.

Kathi Davidson is the Assistant to the Vice Provost for Enrollment Management and Dean of Admissions. In addition, she oversees the Student Ambassador program, which is comprised of 75 student volunteers. Having previously attended the university, she is the proud mother of two University of Arkansas graduates.

Rafael Arciga Garcia

Assistant Dean for Admissions and Orientation

Rafael Arciga Garcia is the Assistant Dean for Admissions and Orientation. Rafael is originally from Mexico, but he came to Arkansas at the age of fourteen. Rafael graduated from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Latino and Latin American Studies with a minor in Spanish. In 2018 he earned a Master degree in Higher Education.

Philip Blevins

Executive Director of Academic Scholarships and Financial Aid

Philip Blevins is the Executive Director of Academic Scholarships and Financial Aid, overseeing the general operations of the Office of Academic Scholarships, outreach and recruitment involving scholarships opportunities, and collaborations with various academic units and departments across campus regarding scholarships and scholarship processing. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in information technology, and a master's degree in information technology, both from the University of Arkansas.

Matt Hargis

Matt Hargis is the Senior Associate Director for Recruitment, heading up the campus visit program. He is originally from Texarkana, Texas, and he graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2002. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a marketing major.

Chad Cox

Chad Cox is Associate Director of Transfer Central. He graduated from the University of the Ozarks with a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre and a Master of Science in Operations Management from the University of Arkansas. He’s an active member of ArkACRAO and SACRAO, professional associations for educational professionals.

Jennifer Fowler

Senior Associate Director for National Recruitment

Jennifer Fowler is the Senior Associate Director for National Recruitment. She is originally from Jasper, Arkansas, and she graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a major in accounting. She currently resides in Dallas as a regional recruiter for the University of Arkansas.

Jeremy Burns

Jeremy Burns is the Associate Dean for Communications and Information. A native of Arkansas, Burns holds a master's and doctorate in English from the U of A, as well as a bachelor of fine arts in creative writing from Arkansas Tech University.
