Academic Advising
Incoming Freshmen
As a new freshman, you will meet with an academic advisor for the first time at New Student Orientation. During this meeting you will learn more information about your college and major and you will choose the schedule of classes for your first semester.
Incoming Transfer Students
Incoming transfer students should make an appointment to meet with an academic advisor after being admitted. To learn more about making an appointment with your future advisor, click on the link below.
Non-traditional and Other Students
Non-traditional students planning on completing a degree should also make an appointment with an academic advisor in their college. Other students (senior citizens, dually-enrolled students, etc.) should consult with an advising center to see if an appointment is necessary.
