Teachers staying in the Northwest Quads will park in Lot 37. For more information about parking, visit our Directions & Parking page. We will have golf carts available every morning for those who need assistance getting to and from class.

What to Bring

Those planning to stay in the Northwest Quad will need to bring their own linens for a extra-long twin-sized bed (80" mattress), pillow, towels, and toiletries.

APSI provides lunch each day for all participants. Residential teachers staying on-campus will also have the option of eating breakfast and dinner in the Northwest Quad's Fulbright Dining Hall on the University of Arkansas campus. When you arrive at the Fulbright Dining Hall, you will need to show both your room key with lanyard and APSI nametag in order to enter.

Off-Campus Housing

If you would prefer to stay off-campus in a hotel, we encourage you to check out the Experience Fayetteville website to learn about options in the area. Please note that the Institute fee does not cover off-campus housing, regardless of whether or not a teacher is offered state funding. Participants choosing to stay in a hotel will be responsible for all costs associated with their stay.
