Radeanna Ausbrooks is the senior admissions counselor for Central Arkansas. She is originally from Hope, Arkansas but now resides in Bryant, Arkansas. She graduated from Henderson State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Services. She also earned a Master of Science in College Student Personnel from Arkansas Tech University.

Malloree Murdock is an admissions counselor for the northwest region of Arkansas. She is from Russellville, Arkansas and graduated from Arkansas Tech University with degrees in Spanish and International Studies. She also graduated from the University of Arkansas with a Master of Arts in Communication and is excited to add her name to the senior walk.

Emily Hartle is the regional admissions counselor for the East Central Arkansas region. She is originally from the Central Arkansas area, where she graduated from the University of Central Arkansas with a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communications and Public Relations and a Master of Science in Health and Behavioral Sciences.

Elizabeth Rouse serves as an admissions counselor for the northwest region of Arkansas. Originally from Bowling Green, Kentucky, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Western Kentucky University. She later completed a Master of Science in Higher Education (formerly College Student Personnel) at Arkansas State University. Now proud to call Northwest Arkansas home, Elizabeth loves exploring all the natural beauty—and trying out the amazing local dining scene!

Alexandria (Allie) Taylor is the regional recruiter for Southwest Arkansas. She is originally from Bismarck, AR but now resides in Hot Springs, AR. She graduated from Henderson State University with a Bachelor of Integrated Studies in 2020 then graduated from Arkansas Tech University with a Master of Science in Student Affairs Administration in 2021.

Erin Anders is an admissions counselor for the University of Arkansas, serving students in Southeast Arkansas. She is a Northwest Arkansas native and graduated from the University of Central Arkansas in 2016, where she received a Bachelor of Music in Music Education.

Samantha Jones is an admissions counselor, serving students throughout Northeast Arkansas. Originally from Fort Smith, AR, Samantha grew up in a military family but now calls Fayetteville home. She is a 2021 graduate from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Leadership followed by a Master of Science in Agriculture Extension and Education in 2024. When she’s not working with students, you can find her calling the Hogs and admiring cows.

Janelle Tuckmantel is the admissions counselor for Central Arkansas and River Valley. Originally from Bentonville, Arkansas, she graduated from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Science in Education and received a Master of Arts in Athletic Training from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. After living in the Carolinas for many years, she is happy to be back in Northwest Arkansas.

Hiliary Rodgers is an admissions counselor and communications specialist serving rural Arkansas students. Originally from Springfield, Missouri, she moved to Fayetteville in 2016 to attend the University of Arkansas and earned a Bachelor of Science in Horticulture, followed by a Master of Science in Agricultural and Extension Education.

Jennifer Fowler is the Senior Associate Director for National Recruitment. She is originally from Jasper, Arkansas, and she graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a major in accounting. She currently resides in Dallas as a regional recruiter for the University of Arkansas, particularly serving the Dallas area (Collin, Dallas, and Rockwall counties) and East Texas.

Charles Robinson is an admissions counselor for the University of Arkansas. He is based in Houston, and he serves the Houston area and south central Texas, including Austin and San Antonio. He graduated spring of 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in Business management and a Bachelor of art in Music.

Sara Wood is an admissions counselor who is based in Fort Worth. She serves the Fort Worth area, West Texas, and the western United States. Though she is originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, she considers Arkansas home and graduated high school in Huntsville, Arkansas. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Columbus State University in Columbus, Georgia.

Veronica Adams is an Admissions Counselor based in Lafayette, and serves the state of Louisiana. Originally from California, she holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from the University of Arkansas.

Kasey Schroeder is the admissions counselor for Tennessee and the Southeast. Originally from Edwardsville Illinois, she graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2023 with a degree in communications.

Shelby Redetzke is an admissions counselor for Kansas and Western Missouri. Originally from Sioux Falls, South Dakota, she graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2020 with a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies.

April Bauer is an admissions counselor who is based in the St. Louis metro area. She serves East Missouri, Illinois, and the Northeast region of the United States. She is originally from Ste. Genevieve, Missouri. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations from Fontbonne University in St. Louis, Missouri.

Delaney Mullins is an admissions counselor for the University of Arkansas, serving students in Oklahoma. Originally from Denver, Colorado, Delaney earned a Bachelor's in American Studies and a Master's degree in Higher Education Administration from the University of Wyoming. Outside of assisting students, she enjoys rooting for the Razorbacks and exploring the many trails throughout Northwest Arkansas.

Charlee Holland is the Coordinator of Student Recruitment for the College of Education and Health Professions. She is originally from White Hall, Arkansas but graduated from Arkansas Tech University in 2019 where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Game and Interactive Media Design.

Kayla Gussy Twyford is the Coordinator for Student Recruitment for the Dale Bumpers College of Agricultural, Food, and Life Sciences. A graduate of Flippin High School, Kayla attended the University of Arkansas, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Environmental Science. She is currently pursing a Master of Education in Special Education.

Dorothy Bell is the admissions counselor for the Honors College. She is originally from Miami, Florida but now resides in Northwest Arkansas. She is an alumna of Boston University where she received her degree in political science. After, she received her Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, William H. Bowen School of Law, and Master of Public Service degree from the University of Arkansas Clinton School of Public Service.

Katie Griffith is the Undergraduate Recruiter for the Sam M. Walton College of Business. She is originally from White Hall, Arkansas but now resides in Northwest Arkansas. She graduated from Arkansas Tech University in 2020, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a minor in Business and Entrepreneurship

Molly Goetz is the Coordinator for Recruitment and Scholarships for the Fay Jones School of Architecture and Design. She is originally from Kansas City, Missouri but now resides in Northwest Arkansas. She graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2022, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in English with Literature and Cultural Studies.

Miriam Phwandaphwanda is the Coordinator for Student Recruitment, Outreach, and Summer Programs. She is originally from Conway, AR and is a Conway High School graduate. Miriam attended the University of Central Arkansas, where she was a part of the Norbert O. Schedler Honors College, and she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Professional Writing with a minor in film.

Christopher Robinson is the Assistant Director for Transfer Recruitment and Success for the College of Engineering. He attended the University of Arkansas where he completed bachelor degrees in both Computer Information Systems and Social Work.

Chad Cox is Associate Director of Transfer Central. He graduated from the University of the Ozarks with a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre and a Master of Science in Operations Management from the University of Arkansas. He’s an active member of ArkACRAO and SACRAO, professional associations for educational professionals.

Jon Swain is an Admissions Counselor for Transfer Central and a Coordinator for the Transitions Academic Program. He works with transfer students from NorthWest Arkansas Community College. Originally from Noxapater, Mississippi, Jon attended East Mississippi Community College before transferring to Mississippi State University. He holds a Master of Science in Exercise Science from the University of North Alabama.

Originally from Bangkok, Thailand, Natt Watthanaphuti is an Admission Counselor for Transfer Central. He works with transfer students from East Arkansas, Texas, Mississippi, Tennessee, and Louisiana. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from University of Arkansas at Monticello.

Alex Mardian is an admissions counselor for Transfer Central. Alex works with students from West Arkansas, Oklahoma, Missouri, and Kansas. Originally from Warwick, Rhode Island, Alex is a proud graduate of the University of Arkansas and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising/Public Relations.
