Rafael Arciga Garcia

Rafael Arciga Garcia is the Assistant Dean for Admission and Orientation. He is a former undocumented student originally from Michoacán, Mexico. Rafael graduated from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Latino and Latin American Studies with a minor in Spanish. In 2018 he earned a Master degree in Higher Education.

Noelle Chesser

Noelle Chesser Senior Assistant Director for New Student Orientation and Recruitment

Noelle Chesser is the Assistant Director for New Student Orientation. She is originally from Katy, Texas and received her bachelor's degree in Journalism with an emphasis in Advertising and Public Relations and a minor in History from the University of Arkansas. She also earned a master's degree in Higher Education from the U of A.

Kourtney Moten

Kourtney MotenGraduate Assistant for New Student Orientation

Kourtney Moten is the Graduate Assistant for New Student Orientation and Recruitment at the University of Arkansas. She is pursuing a master’s degree in Human Resource Development. Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, Kourtney earned her bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management with a minor in Marketing from the University of Arkansas in May 2025.
