Before Attending Orientation

Make sure you're prepared by completing these tasks before your orientation session. Please note that some of the tasks below are required before a student can enroll in classes, and others are strongly recommended before attending orientation. Taking care of these details now will help ensure a smooth start to your college experience. For a list of required items, please log into your New Student Center.

1

Submit Immunization Records to Pat Walker Health Center

Records can be obtained from a private physician’s office, high school transcripts, or the Arkansas Department of Health immunization database (Arkansas high school students only). Failure to submit your records before attempting to enroll in classes can delay registration.

Submit in-person at orientation, via fax 479-575-7789, or online in your student health portal (myhealth.uark.edu)

2

Submit Final School Transcripts to the Office of Admissions

Submit via email to uofa@uark.edu, electronic filing service, or by mail to:

The Office of Admissions
232 Silas Hunt Hall
1 University of Arkansas
Fayetteville, AR 72701

The Office of Admissions requires final test scores for course placement by May 1.

3

Submit College and Dual Enroll Credit to the Office of the Registrar

Submit to registra@uark.edu via electronic filing service, such as Credential Solutions (eScripSafe), National Student Clearinghouse, Parchment, or ACE/Joint Services (For Military Transcripts only).

Students can also submit official transcripts by mail to:

The Office of the Registrar
141 Uptown East
1 University of Arkansas
Fayetteville, AR 72701

Please note that hard copy submissions must be in a sealed envelope from the institution you are transferring from.
